What is this?
OPilates mobile fitness training includes home based programs on Sydney’s northern beaches and lower north shore.
Ideally suited to people with limited time who like to train in or around their own surroundings (no public gym and studios).
This program has been developed for clients wanting to get fit and build a lean toned body with or without exercise equipment (gear can be provided if required).
What to expect from each session:
Pilates, strength, aerobic conditioning and high intensity interval training (HITT) which is a proven training method for gaining results fast and maintaining high levels of overall fitness.

Group Sizes or Personal Training
Group training size is limited to a maximum of 4 and minimum of 3 per session. This ensures that each group member receives personalised attention.
All sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
Who can join?
Most programmes are suitable for all levels of fitness (beginner through to experienced).
