What is this?

Mobile fitness training includes home based or corporate programs on Sydney’s northern beaches, lower north shore and CBD.

Ideally suited to people or corporates with limited time who like to train in or around their own surroundings (no public gym and studios).

    Group Sizes or Personal Training

    Group training size is limited to a maximum of 10 and minimum of 3 per session.

    Group Times

    All sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

    Who can join?

    Most programmes are suitable for all levels of fitness (beginner through to experienced).
