I started Pilates back in 2012 and Oriana was one of my first group instructors. Tired of the same gym classes and nearing my 30s, I identified that my body needed something new. I thoroughly enjoyed her group classes. Oriana demonstrated a thorough understanding of the principles of Pilates, body movement and what sings to the female body! After having a baby, I found that I was experiencing issues with my lower back and re-engaging with my core. Despite having a C-section, I was also experiencing troubles with my pelvic floor, particularly if I needed to jump. With Oriana’s guidance we began by focusing on particular areas. Joining a smaller group size also ensured I got extra attention. I can confidently say, a year later and after regularly attending her class my core is switched on, my body feels more toned and flexibility is returning. I can also jump on a trampoline with my toddler without any fear! I highly recommend Oriana to anyone interested in trying Pilates or to any mums that are seeking additional post natal rehabilitation.
